'Adult Gymnastics Class' is for anybody aged 16yrs+. We welcome any age, any ability to rekindle their childhood love for the sport, or for those wishing to try gymnastics for the first time ever. The class is structured, with a health & fitness vibe to the start.

Open Gym: All areas of the gym are open for use. These sessions are not structured, but their is a qualified coach supervising all activities who can offer advice and guidance. This is a 16+ class, please be aware that you will be asked for Photo ID to enter the session, for proof of name and age. if you do not have photo ID, you will not be authorised entry to the session.
