Dear Club Member,
On Wednesday evening this week at its daily public briefing, the UK Government communicated an aim for community sport to return at the beginning of July at the earliest.
This is excellent news, and we cannot wait to see our members get back to the sport we love. We now wait for the publication of specific government guidelines. Clubs will have to meet these guidelines to ensure a safe return for the gymnastics community, the details of those publications will enable the club to finalise it's plans and secure our official opening date.
The club would also like to take a moment to recognise the voluntary hard work that the workforce are putting in, to remain connected to our members and to ensure the club, with it's purpose-facility, is able to return. To our gymnasts and parents, keeping our sporting community active and healthy in challenging times is very important. Your videos, photos and social media posts showing the great work being done at home to prepare for a return is inspiring and uniting the gymnastics community.
Finally, a huge thank you to those who have been able to financially contribute to the club during the lockdown, the club would not have made it through this time without your generosity and the will to see the club stay alive. All current fee arrangements will still be in place for July, as per usual communication - if anything needs to change before July, please contact us before 29th June -
Looking forward to updating everybody soon.
First and foremost, we hope that all of our members and their families are well and send our sincerest thoughts to those who have been negatively impacted because of these awful times.
Judging from the government's recent update, it looks like sporting activity will not be given the green light until July at the earliest. Obviously, once the rest of the UK has been given more clarity, we will update everybody with regards to start dates and other finer details. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has continued to pay fees to the club since we were forced to close our doors. We really do value your membership, especially during this difficult time.

OUR OFFICES AND FACILITY IS TEMPORARY CLOSED DURING THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD IN-LINE WITH THE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK.
If your enquiry is regarding monthly fees during our temporary closure, as per our cancellation policy - you must notify the club in writing/ email (email@example.com) by 29th day of the month.
The club's primary objective is to ensure that there is a functioning club environment to return to in the near future. It should be understood that the club's financial turnover has already been significantly impacted and with minimal government support towards the club's unchanged financial overheads we are desperately hoping that our members continue to contribute towards fees to prevent the club from having to permanently close.
Thank you to those who have agreed to continue supporting our club during this difficult period. We have been so touched by all of your heartfelt gestures of support and hope that we can all get back to the sport we love as soon as possible. For all of our members who are so kindly agreeing to continue to financially support our beloved club, we will be offering a full-day pass to any of our school holiday training camps/ replacement schemes that take place over a 12-month period from when we are back open, with top-up sessions where possible for members of competitive squads.
We're hoping to launch online content and classes, exclusively to those who are paying a membership fee.
Please stay safe everyone!
